PRI is an institute charged with hosting world-class interdisciplinary
research in the application, theory,
and pedagogy of STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), as well as their synergistic interactions with business administration and entrepreneurship to induce economic growth
Science is to be interpreted broadly and incorporates fields such as
medicine, architecture, and
social science.
PRI also welcomes exploratory activities by humanities scholars,
writers, creative and performing artists, lawyers,
journalists, and other professionals.
PRI research is conducted with a vested interest in the welfare
and development
of Belize.
